VocalJet guest workflow verification checklist
Prepared 30 October 2026; accessible app checks completed 31 October 2026.
Execution status: partial runtime verification, with no new recording or send.
The owner session was authenticated in Chrome. Guest checks used a separate,
signed-out in-app browser. Audio file import was unavailable in the test account.
Use a test account and recordings you control. Do not publish its private links.

against the source code; this does not establish that a new send succeeds.

Profile route /u/{personal_url}
[x] Owner locates the personal profile link in the authenticated app.
[x] Guest opens that link without an account; the intended recipient and
    Send me a voice message control are visible.
[ ] Guest chooses Send me a voice message and allows microphone access.
[ ] Guest records a short message within the limit shown.
[ ] Guest supplies a name (3-50 characters); email is optional.
[ ] Guest sends once and records the actual result shown.
[ ] Owner signs in and locates the incoming audio.
[ ] Owner preserves the actual transcript, or records the failure/missing state.

Reply route /voice/{recording_id}
[x] Owner locates the sharing link for the existing welcome recording.
    This recording is dated 28 August 2024; no new opening recording was saved.
[x] Guest opens it without an account and plays it to the end (00:00:14 shown).
[x] Clicking the waveform changes the visible playback position to 00:00:04.
[x] Guest opens Transcript; its text exactly matches the saved onboarding sample.
[ ] Guest records, reviews and sends a reply with the required name.
[ ] Owner verifies that the reply belongs to the opening recording.
[ ] Owner compares the newly generated reply transcript with its original audio.

Limits of this evidence
- No microphone access, new guest message, receipt or fresh recognition run tested.
- The saved sample and screenshot do not establish transcription accuracy on new audio.
- Navigation by clicking the waveform was observed; clicking transcript text did
  not move the visible playback position in this shared-recording view.
- No subscription or account settings were changed.

- Date, browser/device and plan/limits shown.
- Original audio, unedited output and review corrections kept separately.
- Screenshots with personal data and private links removed.
- Observed errors, including microphone denial or missing transcription.
- Explicit statement that test names and project data are fictional.
Never replace a missing generated transcript with the prepared input script.
