The team behind the guides
Our public editorial signature is Équipe VocalJet.
Équipe VocalJet
VocalJet publishes this website and its guides about voice recordings, transcription and asynchronous client communication. Articles use this collective publisher name.

How we prepare and update guides
Useful instructions should make their sources and limits clear.
Sources and dates
For product instructions and technical comparisons, we use official documentation and model or project repositories. Updated guides identify sources and the date of the check. Original publication dates are retained.
Examples and tests
Fictional examples are labeled. A documentation-based comparison is different from a test on a device or a model benchmark. When reporting measurements, the setup and method belong alongside the result.
AI assistance and responsibility
AI assistance may be used to draft or revise guides. Équipe VocalJet is responsible for the published pages. Important instructions and claims need supporting sources, and errors can be reported for correction.
Human review of outputs
Transcripts and summaries can contain mistakes. Review names, figures, deadlines and exclusions against the source before using them to agree work with a client.

The free brief builder is a working browser form.
Enter project goals, deliverables, constraints and open questions in the client brief builder, then copy or download the draft. It formats your typed answers. It does not record or transcribe audio, and the form does not submit your answers to a server.
The website brief guide includes a blank download and a fictional worked example. Browse the audio and transcription guides for recording, review and sharing instructions.
